Return policy:

Any returns must be requested by email and accepted before the order is shipped back to our warehouse. Any request regarding opened products will be automatically denied. The original shipping charge will not be refund upon receiving back the order. Return must be made within the first 30 days of purchase following the delivery signature saved within the order tracking number.
